1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

This Agreement is a legal contract between Aura Shuttle (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the user (“Client”, “Passenger”, or “you”). By booking a reservation through our website (www.aurashuttle.com), via telephone, or through any third-party platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. RESERVATION POLICY

    • Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is only considered guaranteed once a confirmation email with a unique Reservation ID has been issued.

    • Accuracy of Information: The Client is responsible for providing accurate flight numbers, terminal details, pickup times, and contact information. Aura Shuttle is not liable for service failures caused by incorrect information provided by the Client.

3. PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND ADDITIONAL FEES

    • Base Rate: The quote provided at the time of booking is based on the information provided.

    • Tolls and Parking: Unless stated otherwise, tolls and airport parking fees are not included in the base fare and will be billed at actual cost.

    • Gratuity: A discretionary or mandatory gratuity (standard 20%) may be applied to the final invoice.

    • Fuel Surcharges: We reserve the right to apply a fuel surcharge in the event of significant fluctuations in fuel prices.

    • Credit Card Authorization: Aura Shuttle reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit card for the full estimated amount prior to service.

4. WAIT TIME AND GRACE PERIODS

    • Airport Arrivals (Domestic): 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual flight arrival time.

    • Airport Arrivals (International): 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual flight arrival time.

    • Point-to-Point / Residential: 15 minutes of complimentary wait time.

    • Overtime Fees: After the grace period, wait time will be billed at $20.00 per 15-minute increment.

5. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

    • Standard Vehicles (Sedan/SUV): If the customer cancels the trip, they will be required to bear 25% of the total amount as a cancellation charge. However, if we cancel the trip, the customer will receive a full refund.

    • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours from the pickup time will be charged 100% of the total fare (including gratuity).

    • Modifications: Changes to reservations made within 12 hours of pickup are subject to availability and may incur a “Modification Fee.”

6. NO-SHOW POLICY

If the Passenger fails to arrive at the designated pickup location or fails to contact the driver/dispatch within the grace period (as defined in Section 4), the reservation will be marked as a “No-Show” and the full amount of the trip will be charged.

7. VEHICLE RULES AND DAMAGE FEES

    • Zero Tolerance Policy: We maintain a strictly non-smoking, drug-free, and professional environment.

    • Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited.

    • Vomiting/Biohazard Fee: A minimum Sanitization Fee of $350.00 will be charged for any sickness, vomiting, or bodily fluid cleanup required in the vehicle.

    • Physical Damage: Any physical damage to the vehicle caused by the Client (e.g., broken handles, torn leather, spilled liquids) will be billed at the full repair cost plus loss of revenue for the time the vehicle is out of service.

8. CHILD SAFETY SEATS

In accordance with US safety regulations, parents/guardians are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats. Aura Shuttle drivers are not permitted to install child seats due to liability restrictions.

9. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

Aura Shuttle is not liable for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.

    • Unforeseen traffic accidents or road closures.

    • Flight delays or cancellations.

    • Mechanical breakdowns (in such cases, we will provide a backup vehicle as soon as possible).

10. LOST AND FOUND

We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. However, if an item is found, we will notify the Client. Returning lost items may incur a delivery or shipping fee.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the business registered State of United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
